Bylaws revised February 26, 2026, by the Executive Board and reviewed by the Bylaws Committee

Priority of Veteran Service Policy

Policy updated and reviewed

Youth Committee – WIOA Requirement

• Youth Committee is mandatory under WIOA. Youth partners mandatory participants

• Representatives from member organizations or businesses may serve.

• Those interested should contact Clint or Jill.

Mr. Kevin Fourman, Mid-Ohio Education Service Center — TurboCert Program

• 100% student pass rate this semester

• Program continues to grow, building talent pipelines

• Expansion to Richland County for the 2027 academic year 

• Hub to be located at Mid-Ohio Education Center to reduce transportation barriers

• Bethany Rachel hired on to coordinate student recruitment and other duties

Ms. Holly Endicott, State of Ohio — ApprenticeOhio

• Employers remain central to apprenticeship success

• Ohio ranks 3rd in the Nation and 1st in the Midwest for apprenticeship programs

• Expansion into additional fields: teaching, healthcare, and more – be creative

• Federal legislation introduced state allocation amounts; Area 10 allocation still unknown. Update expected in June.
