Full Board Meeting April 30, 2025

11:45 Call to Order and Roll Call of Voting Members

Lori Bedson noted that the date of the minutes from the previous meeting should be adjusted.

11:50 Membership Updates

·        Many Davis, Ohio Health resignation (Suggested Katie McFarland, HR Manager Ohio Health Mansfield, as a replacement)

No action taken at this meeting, will vote to approve at the June Meeting

·        Randa Payne, term ending on June 30^th, 2025 as Board Chair

We will be looking for a replacement by the end of the fiscal year

·        Development of Committees (Filling Executive Seats, Finance, Policy, Grants/Special Projects)

11:50 Agency Reports  

Lisa Marcum offered a report from the Crawford Partnership efforts

Mitch Jacobson offered a youth report

Suzanne Cole gave the Crawford OMJ report

Heather Mosely gave the Richland OMJ report

Toby Borders gave the Area 10 financials report/update

12:30  Special Project Funds Update

Clint Knight reported that we have utilized the majority of the funds for ITA’s and IWT. There will be more utilized by the end of the fiscal year. We are on track to spend all $250,000

12:45 Website Development Update

Clint Knight reported that the website update is coming along with content being added each week. We are prepared to go live by the end of June.
