11:50 Membership Updates
· Katielyn McFarland, new member (Replacement for Mandy Davis)
- motion made by Beth Delaney, second Sonja Pluck – carries
· Board Chair Vacancy
- Randa Payne’s term as Board Chair has expired, will be looking for replacement by the end of 2025 calendar year.
· Development of Committees (Filling Executive Seats, Finance, Policy, Grants/Special Projects)
- There is an open seat on the Executive Committee to be filled by Crawford Partnership (Exec Director). Over the next calendar year, we will establish the Finance Committee, and the Executive Committee will make recomendations to the full board for Special Grant projects as they are received through the web portal application.

12:20 Contracts with Richland Area Chamber and Crawford Partnerships
- The Area 10 Board approved to take updated contracts to the Board of Governors on 6.17.25 for approval. These contracts support the Board Director and Workforce Coordinator positions at the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development, as well as the Workforce Development Manager at the Crawford Partnership.
12:30 MOU Update and Approval
- The Board unanimously approved the MUO to be submitted to ODJFS for final signatures. Motion made by Brian McPeek, Second Larry Schmidt
12:45 Website Development Update
- Clint Knight gave an update on the website, which will be live in the 2nd week of July.
